The MPO has made special arrangements for the public to join MPO committees&#8217; virtual meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here&#8217;s what you need to know:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>All MPO committee meetings are being held virtually until further notice. Non-essential meetings are being postponed or cancelled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meeting agendas continue to be published and distributed normally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each agenda now includes instructions for joining the meetings virtually.\n<ul>\n<li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/dmampo.org\/mpo-policy-committee\/\" target=\"_blank\">Click here for Policy Committee agendas.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/dmampo.org\/executive-committee\/\" target=\"_blank\">Click here for Executive Committee agendas.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/dmampo.org\/transportation-technical-committee\/\" target=\"_blank\">Click here for Transportation Technical Committee agendas. <\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The public can call into a conference line to listen to MPO committee meetings and follow along with the presentation.\n<ul>\n<li>Phones will be muted for most of the meeting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phones will be unmuted during the public comment period or any public hearing. Callers will then have opportunity to make comments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copies of the presentation will be posted online with the meeting agendas on the day of the meeting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We have taken these steps in effort to provide the public access to the MPO&#8217;s  decision-making process.
