The MPO is seeking consultant assistance to evaluate the feasibility and potential structure of a Transportation Funding Optimization Program. The program is envisioned as a mechanism to strategically exchange or otherwise coordinate federal and local transportation funding to increase flexibility in project delivery.

The MPO has received Supplemental Planning funds as part of the Implementation Grant and is now seeking consultants to support three projects that further the goals of the MPO’s Comprehensive Safety Action Plan (CSAP) and regional Vision Zero target. The initial three projects are: a Roadway Safety Audit Program, a Regional Speed Management Study, and a Comprehensive Safety Policy Evaluation.
