The Des Moines Area MPO develops a Unified Planning Work Program and Budget for each fiscal year, which runs July 1 through June 30. The most recent UPWP is linked below. The UPWP identifies planning activities completed in the prior fiscal year, and documents all planning activities and anticipated work products for the current fiscal year. In addition, the UPWP also documents the Des Moines Area MPO’s costs to support the fiscal year planning activities and work products.
